HTP WOOD FORMWORKS SYSTEM
In its general sense, preparation of HTPWOOD Cloumb-Curtain Mold System takes places by having full body H20 timbers tied with pull and tension resistant steel belts by the help of Waler Connection Clips (WCC) that can transmit power over steel walers (SW) wrapped around and all carsass formed in such manner covered by mold plywood of either 18 or 21 mm in dimension. Panels formed are tied to one another by means of Waler Joining Components (WJC) with wedges. Panels having made through means of wedges make themborne by easy install and dismantle properties. Pressures that apply over both sides of the curtain mold are transferred and conveyed through means of tierods placed within the molding. Such anchorage system is strong enough to bear a drawing load of up to 90 kN. Panels that make up the HTPWOOD system stay in one-pieces form once installed, which in overall stands for a speedier circulation having converted into standard piece of material stacket together.
Molds ara brought to plump line by having placed, with a two-armed instrument; first consisting of axial and the second of adjustment props, on one side. Statically accounting of the mold is being made in accordance with the German DIN 18218 norms. Likewise, curtain mold remains increasable for varying concrete heights of the project in a speedy and secure manner, having used curtain mold H20-H20 joining component.
